Message by President

By definition, non violence means not hurting anyone either by thought or word or action. He reminded the members to ponder over the thoughts and words. They utter  everyday which may hurt somebody. If only we avoid such thoughts and words the relationship between individuals will be remarkably conducive.  Hence it is very important to observe non violence in our day to day life. Prayer has been the main focus of Gandhijis' life which we at the ashram observe  both in the morning and evening. It is our duty to impress upon our children to continue the prayer throughout their life.
