GOVERNANCE AND CONTACT

Gandhiniketan Ashram is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act. It has reputed Gandhians on its governing body headed by Prof. R. Venkataswami, a renowned plastic and hand surgeon. A Professor in Political Science Dr. V. Raghupathy is the Secretary of the Ashram,  Mr.N.Shanmugasundaram, Industrialist is the Treasurer and Mr. R. Nagarajan, a Software Consultant is the Joint Secretary .

The Ashram with its commitment to Rural India in the fields of education and rural Reconstruction is entirely run on a non-profit basis with limited resources. It most certainly needs the help and monetary support of people interested in Rural Reconstruction as it marches on in its quest to keep alive the ideals and translate into reality the dreams of the Father of the nation and its founder.
