Dr Madaswamy during his motivational programme for our teachers. Teachers attending Motivational Session

A class room need not be a monopoly of the teachers. We must encourage our students to participate in our classes. Students can teach their peer group more efficiently than the teachers. We need not become agitated or tensed over the misbehavior of the students. There may be some causes for their unhealthy attitude. It must be probed and proper guidance will enable them to correct their wrong doings. All students are good by nature. They need proper care and guidance. Dr.Madasamy finally asked our teachers to come out with their views on how they have helped students to exhibit and develop their talents. Mr.Nagajothi, Mr.Janagaraj, Mr.Ramanisekar, Ms.Pankajam and Ms.Sethulakshmi narrated their experiences with the students. With the vote of thanks by Mr.Nagajothi the special meeting came to an end.
