He said “The Children spend more time with the teachers than they spend with their parents. You have a great responsibility in moulding them to become good citizens of this country. With Right to education becoming a law we will get more children coming to the school.

Teachers must innovate new teaching methods. Students should be taught concepts rather than blindly memorizing and writing the answers. In each teaching session the students should be given opportunity to ask questions or narrate their understanding of the lesson. You should concentrate on the overall development. You must move closely and spot  rare talents in them. You should also interact with the parents periodically. New methods of teaching are being introduced. Teachers should discuss on these methods of teaching and give their frank views
